I'm new to Square Online but made the leap thinking it would make life easier for me - however I have been encountering some frustrating issues with my inventory not syncing properly to the POS on my mobile device and with my Facebook Shop.
On my POS it appears that most items are there in the item list - however it has a few items marked as "sold out" when they are not, yet they show as "in stock" in my Online inventory.
On my Facebook Shop almost half my inventory didn't sync at all and the ones that did created duplicates from the deactivated shop (which I have since manually removed) - which is extremely frustrating.
What am I doing wrong or is this a bug that needs to be worked out?

This one seems complicated I would suggest reaching out to our support team to confirm what could be causing these issues. I know for a fact that our engineers have identified an issue that causes items to appear as "sold out" when they are not and they are actively working to solve this inconvenience. The only way to confirm that this issue is affecting you would be by calling in and having them take a look at your account.
