A customer is not able to make an online purchase because Square is saying SCA verification required. What do I tell her?

But I’m in the USA and so are all my customers. The SCA is a European thing.
Ive also recently experienced this., a customer let me know. i feel like its a glitch in the system, I tested it with my own card. The card wasnt accepted until i logged out (of being a customer) and checked out as a guest.
Really hope this isnt effecting my other customers!
