Why has my transfer been suspended?

I have called and sent an email several times. I have not been made aware of any reason why my transfer has been suspended. I just want my money! No one seems to be of any assistance when I call.

Same here, New user and square has held my money for 10 days now, I have called numerous times with the promise of a follow up email to verify info. Nothing.. notha.. Im at a loss now. NO HELP AT ALL> not even asking for a rep from management..
