Why doesn't it have internet?

The phone connected lost internet, but it has been connected via another phone's wifi, but the app still says it doesn't have internet?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your Square Reader. If you're using another phone, it would be easiest to download the app onto the second phone, sign in to your Square account and pair the Square Reader through these steps.
