When looking on my square website, instead of the regular price having a slash through it with the online sale price beside it - it shows that the price varies from the online price to the sale price. I can imagine this is confusing to customers. Does anyone know how to fix it to show the regular price slashed out with the online sale price beside it?
Thank you!

Hey there @PKFurnish. In order to help you troubleshoot this, can you post either screen shots of this item’s setup, or do a video showing how it is set up? I suspect that this has something to do with having multiple variations, with only some of those being on sale. But I can’t tell from the information you have provided right now.
Hello! Thank you so much for your response! Please see screenshots below of the item set-up! Please let me know if I missed any pertinent information/photos. Thank you again!
@PKFurnish that was what I needed. Thank you. I was wrong in my assumption, it seems. I was just positive that your item had multiple variations with only one of them being on sale. This is not the case from what I see in the screen shots. Which means there might be a bug in Square Online! So I’m going to tag a few helpful Square moderators here in the Community to check in with the team and investigate.
@_Violet @Summer2024 @Katie_SQ @Sammie_C It is my understanding (and experience) that if an online item has a sale price then the “normal” price is crossed out and the sale price is displayed. As you can see in @PKFurnish‘s screen shot in their original post, Square Online is instead showing the price as a range, which I thought was only reserved for items with variations of different prices. Am I wrong, or is this a bug? I don’t think that today is my day to be wrong! LOL Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
Thank you so much for your assistance! Was there any resolution to this by chance?
