Why does my item library not show up on my shop all page?

I have four items listed in my item library. I have the option to feature them on the home page, however, they do not show up on the shop all page. It asks me to create an item, and when I do, it then adds the item to the library, which I do not want.

 

The four items each have two variations.

 

How do I fix this where I don't have to add these again?

Solution

Thanks for the move.

 

Discovered after logging into the desktop portal, I was told by tech support I had the items listed as hidden.

 

To fix, go into each item from desktop and scroll to the options: hidden, visible, unavailable and make sure visible is selected for each item you wish to be displayed.

HI, need a bit more information to hopefully help.  Can you please share a screenshot? Or Link?  Do you have Menu Format or Retail Format set for your site?

Good morning. 

 

I am set up as a retail site. 

 

 

Attached you will see what I see on the shop all page in editor mode.

I thought what ever item is in my library should automatically be added to this page. Is there a setting I am missing?

HI, no problem, I love to help.  Thank you for the screenshot.  

 

Under Shop All there is a drop down box that says Categories, click that and change to display the item list.

So I just did that but it still doesn't show my item library.

 

What else could be the issue?

HI, ok let's see, its just a setting somewhere.  Here is what my Shop All page in the Edit Site looks like.

Mine appears the same way.

 

I wonder if it is a setting in my item library. 

 

It just seems strange that it says in editor mode "It looks like you don't have anything set up. Create your first item now" or something along those lines.

 

I have created all my items through the app.

HI, I create and add them on desktop or laptop.  After clicking around just now,  try this  Shop All page, click Item List, click Arrange & Add Items.

I do not see that, even from a desktop.

 

My set up is saying it isn't complete of the page as well. I wonder if it is because I set up my items through the app but that doesn't seem to make sense if the featured items are able to import also.

I added items initially & they showed up fine. I went back to add more & they never showed up on the actually "shopping" page. I then removed all of those items & posted a completely new category & item that still isn't showing up. What am I doing wrong?

HI, @KatieDanielle for a better understanding, since this was an add on issue to another discussion, can you please share a screenshot? Or Link?  A new category will not affect the items visibility.
