Why cant customer add a coupon code

I set up a coupon code for a customer thats wanting to bulk order but my checkout page doesn't allow for couponcodes to be entered it only allows for gift card codes any idea how to fix this?

Hello @Bravehawk12 I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Are you able to see the following on your website's checkout screen? There should be an area to type a coupon code...

If you're not able to see this, if you drop your website here maybe another Square Seller can check your site and see if it's visible on their end.
