Are you using a custom domain or the square free site?
If so can you share your site address? If you're using your custom domain, has your DNS been updated?
I tried to use a site but switched to a new name on Square. They said my new name was accepted and I paid for it. They said my DNS was all set. My new name is gscostumejewelry.com
@GerryH I can confirm, you do not have any DNS entries set up for your new domain name. I would make sure that is completed, It can take about few hours sometimes once DNS has been configured. Try these settings in the screenshot
