Cannot Load Editor

I am an original Weebly user which means I now log in using Square. I've been having trouble editing my sites. When I get to the editor, I am told the page cannot load due to a 401 error and I see a spinning circle. I've resolved this in the past by clearing my cache or shutting down my computer and trying again. That does not work today. I've submitted a support request. Any ideas on a workaround?

Solution

Thank you, Sammie. I found that logging out and back in and clearing not just my cache but also my cookies did the trick. I'm able to use the editor again. Thank you for your help!

Hi @AubrieKav, welcome to the Square Community! I am sorry to hear you are dealing with this.

Could you try these troubleshooting steps as well, to see if they help get this resolved for you?:

- Check for a strong internet connection

- Clear browser cache and cookies

- Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date

- Log out and log back in

- Restart your device

- Access Dashboard from another device

After you have tried these steps, please let me know if you are seeing this issue still.

Just to let you know as well, I moved this post from our Hardware board to the Square Online board. Just to keep everything organized!

Same problem, but not resolved after clearing history/cache/cookies.  I'm at a loss what to do.

You can try calling customer support and see what they say.  [Redacted]

Since I had my issue it has happened a couple more times. I've found that while I am watching the spinning blue circle (loading issue) I can sometimes stop it by clicking on the build drop down link and then the pages link.
