Why can’t I accept orders?

order toggling is on and I still can’t accept orders. Can this be fixed or what? I’m trying to run a business!

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your website! Can you confirm the website URL? I saw a site linked to your account, but I do not see any errors on the live site that would prevent you from accepting orders.
