Why aren't category boxes aligning correctly on smartphone devices, as they did before?

Over the past few days, I've observed that category boxes are not stacking up properly; instead, they are shrinking on smartphone devices.

It looks like the responsive behavior of this object has been modified. I have escalated this to have our team take a closer look. Thank you for providing a useful screenshot of the before and after.
