Why are my customers FORCED to abide by "minimum order charges" that are MORE than I setup in Square

Who changed the minimum order amount on my square order page.  My customers are getting a message that they need to order MORE than the minimum I have setup in Square.  See pics.

 

I have just tried placing orders my self and get messages like this.  I've place 3 orders (not paid of course) using different menu items and have gotten 3 different amounts on these minimum requirement messages.  REALLY STRANGE

Hi @jk84mc - it looks like you're using our on-demand delivery feature. Square debits part of the payment amount to pay for the cost of delivery, driver tips, etc. In order to make sure sellers are netting a reasonable amount of money on each delivery order, we also institute our own small minimum (typically $7-$10) to ensure that happens. That amount is dynamically calculated based on the fees associated with each order (for example, depending on your settings, they may vary depending on the distance between dropoff and pickup). 

 

I know that you're testing your site out now. We typically find that ticket sizes for delivery orders are much much higher than the minimum, and it's very rare for customers to run into this issue for real world orders.
