So the $42.00 you just paid was for your custom domain and to be able to be the owner of the domain until 2026, when it will renew again.
The $84.00 is for the "Personal" Weebly site plan so that you can use your custom domain with your Weebly site. This comes out to $7.00 a month. You just paid for the whole year up front. By paying for the whole year up front, you are saving $3.00 per month.
It looks like you have been on the "Starter" plan (now known as the "Personal" plan) since 2018.
