White boxes have started appearing around the product images on my website making the backgrounds no longer transparent. They are saved as PNGs and were working correctly until yesterday. Did something change with the default settings? If so, how can I fix this?

This does sound odd since the images are in PNG. That was going to be my first question.
I would recommend reaching out to our direct CS team in case this is a bug that needs to be filed.
