Iโve been with Weebly since 2013. A year ago I stopped getting email notification when a customer sent in the automatic registration form or contact form. I bounced between Weebly and DreamHost with no resolution. I was just going on the ap to find these submissions. Now I canโt even find where to find them here anymore. Help. Iโm loosing Clients/stidents

Firstly, I just want to mention that I've moved your post from the Square Appointments board to the Square Online board, since this pertains to a Square Online feature.
As for your question about the Contact Forms, we recently identified an issue where some Square Sellers did not receive their customers' responses to Contact Forms, because they were incorrectly routed to their spam folder, between August to December, 2025. Sellers with Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook, and Hotmail email addresses were confirmed as impacted, but possibly other email providers as well.
Our engineers resolved this issue on January 2, 2026, and they ran tests to confirm emails were delivering correctly. Have you still been unable to receive Contact Form responses, after the 2nd? If so, please let me know, and I can report this back to our engineering team.
You can view all contact form entries on the Form Submissions page on your Square Dashboard. This page displays an overview of all messages sent through your forms. Select a form title to view individual entries or export them as a CSV file.
Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Websites.
Click Website > Form Submissions.
Select a contact form from your list.
Select Export.
