Where did Checkout Notes go?

Seen this asked a few times but updates keeps on moving this somewhere else too. Where can I add, or better yet REQUIRE, checkout notes on the online store?

Hello @meldanan !

The checkout notes section is currently at Dashboard -> Online -> Online Store -> Settings (or Shared Settings) -> Checkout. Look for the Customer Inputs section and edit to enable the "Add Customer Note" section on your checkout page.

However, there is no way to require a customer to fill that out. If you're wanting a required text entry, your only option currently is to add a text box modifier to your item(s). Dashboard -> Items & Services -> Items -> Modifiers. When you create a modifier, look for the "What kind of modifier set is this" section and choose Text from the dropdown. Configure as you need then add that modifier set to your item(s). When your customer orders that item they will have to enter information to continue.

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much! This helps out a lot and will just use the modifiers moving on.
