Hello @keyworth thanks for your post. It may depend on what type of printer, if any, you have connected to your register. I have a Square Register and connected receipt printer. I am able to print an online order, however when it prints from my receipt printer, it is only an abbreviated type of receipt. I really only use this order packing for our retail store. Is this something that would be helpful to you? Otherwise you may have to stick to printing orders from your dashboard on your PC.
