What is this $49 monthly fee I’m being charged when I’m on the “free” version?

@thefly Can you provide a screenshot of the bill? Or can you at least tell us what the description of the monthly fee is in your Settings > Account & Settings > Pricing & Subscriptions? In the bills section on that screen, you will be able to find the $49 bill and it will tell you the service you were charged for. It might be something as simple as you signed up for a trial and then forgot to cancel it before the trial period ended. But since you've given us absolutely no information to go on, it's impossible for us, your fellow sellers, to assist you.
@thefly you may want to check if you selected a trial to use Square+ which comes at a $49 monthly fee per location.

I canceled this over a year ago and cannot find the bill in my account. I've been on the phone with Square Support multiple times and they can't find where the charge is either in my account, yet it keeps showing up on my credit card each month. Very annoying!

Hey @thefly, just want to jump in quickly! Outside of the Square Point of Sales, have you ever opt in to any of the add-on service like Square Marketing, Loyalty, etc? The charge could be related to that.
