What is the best resource in getting my online store set up?

AGAIN......I am soo confused.   I switched over to Weebly as it seemed that we all "had" to do this. There were several issues with getting it sync'd to my website....all good now.   NOW, Square - up comes back and I don't know if I should go back or stay ??  My business is small and doesn't warrant a monthly fee at this time.....I just need a processor for my web site so customers can order.   NOW Weebly is asking me to upgrade !!  ARE THEY BOTH THE SAME ??   HEEELLP !!

I am paying for a Domain and I have an IT guy (so be it) to manage my outside web site, but every time I make changes on Weebly it screws everything up and then I get emails from customers that they can't place orders !!    Is it best to "call" in and talk with a rep to see what is best ?  thanks  lois
