What is the best method of cropping a banner for my online store?

Hi, I want to create my shop banner to contain my logo, but when I get it to look right in the desktop view then switch to mobile it is cropped in a bad way.  Then when I get the mobile view to look right, it is cropped in desktop view. I sized the image to the recommended 2000 x 1000px that I found in this forum, but that didn't help. Is there a setting to get the cropping to stop happening? Attaching screenshots so you can see the way the cropping is going wrong: Mobile view ok then desktop view cropped.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!
