What do I need to do to complete the shipping setup?

Hey everyone. I need your help with figuring out what I need to do to complete the shipping setup on my website. 

 

I've contacted customer service several times now and they've said that they would remove it from my website but it never worked.

 

I've completed every step of the shipping setup as far as I know. I've completed: connect Shippo account, shipping carrier, shipping box, shipping location, and shipping rate profile. 

 

Am I missing something? Is there something more that I could do?

Hi @LmyCrafts, are you getting an error when trying to test that shipping shows on the website? Or do items not show the option for shipping? I'm just wanting to narrow down the exact issue happening with shipping because it reads like you have it set up correctly.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I don't think I have any errors regarding shipping and all of my items show shipping options, so I'm not sure what else there is I can do.

 

Thanks for trying to help me figure this out! If there's any other ideas or solutions please let me know.

Hi, 

 

I am also getting the same thing as I am trying to finish setting up my store. I followed the guide to the tea and did exactly what was needed. I even double checked everything as well including Shippo Account, shipping rates/ profiles and even item listed has their own shipping boxes. 

 

What else do I need to do to complete the Shipping step?

If the shipping options show on each item, the remaining setup checkbox may just be the guide not recognizing one publish/test-order step. I would try one test item with shipping enabled, add it to cart in an incognito window, and confirm the rate appears before asking support to clear the checklist flag.
