Weebly website editor not loading / interface seems broken

For the past few months now I have not been able to edit my website design on my desktop. 

 

Once the weebly editor takes over I only get a screen with what looks like items that should be loading but never do. There are no buttons or anything to do. It's insane.

 

I checked it on my phone and found that there was a Sections and Design / Settings buttons. The buttons work but editing on phone is a nightmare, the enormous Sections element overlay makes it almost impossible to see what you're doing, and I definitely don't want to be attempting to redesign my website on a quarter of my mobile screen device size.

 

I go back to my desktop and resize my browser window to recreate buttons appearing on cell. They appear at the threshold for tablet & are still there for mobile size. However, I can only click Design, while the Sections button neither shows no makes an action when clicked. 

 

This is the worst backend interface design, yall. It's nutty. Who will fix it? When? Has anyone else experienced this? I am on Windows 11 and have tried all browsers, same results.

This sounds like it may be a device specific issue. 

 

I understand you have tried to access your editor from other browsers, but could you also do a bit more troubleshooting for us, please? 

- Check for a strong internet connection

- Clear browser cache and cookies

- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date

- Log out and log back in

- Restart your device

- Try from another computer, if possible

 

Usually one of these steps should resolve the issue you are describing. Please let me know once you have walked through these steps, and if you are still experiencing issues.
