Weebly owned domain not showing on account anymore & site is now down

My website stickwithkate.com will not load and says domain is expired. I've been paying Weebly to host for years, now it's not showing in my subscriptions anymore. The orders page shows the last payment to renew was on April 16, 2024. I'm so frustrated since I've been revamping my site over the last month and now it won't even load. I'm seriously questioning keeping my site with Square.  

 

When I am editing my site now, it says to update my DNS settings but when I do that it says to go to my provider's site but WEEBLY IS MY PROVIDER!

Hi there @stickwithkate.  I just fired up my browser and was able to load your site perfectly.  I’m guessing that whatever was wrong was a temporary glitch that has been resolved but, if not, please let me know and I’ll help you investigate.  But your site seems to be visible and working just fine.

Thanks for checking! I had emailed the Square team & someone got back to me right away after I posted my question. Not sure what they did but that domain was back in my services page and I was able to extend the domain subscription. Not sure where it went or why it wasn't automatically renewed but it's all good now.
