Unfortunately you have to contact Customer Support - the volunteers here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support - we don't have the ability to access user accounts. The people here can help with Square's Apps and Hardware as there is quite a bit of hands on experience however, when it comes to account concerns, you need either Customer or Tech Support.
