3 days ago, I logged into my Weebly account, it prompted me to merge my account with my current Square account. I did so & now I don’t have access to the website that I had on my
Square account. I spent over 5 hours with customer support & neither Square online or their
Weebly dept could tell me where my website went… it’s still live & time sensitive as it is for an event coming up. I requested an account recovery. Please tell me someone has had success getting a website back that ‘disappeared’ after the required merger….. 😞
Hey @badabloom. Aargh. I had this problem a few weeks ago as well. There seems to have been a glitch that was erroneously prompting us to merge accounts when no merge was actually needed. Doing so seems to have put our accounts into a weird, inaccessible state.
I’ve forwarded/flagged your post to someone that I hope can get the ball rolling on helping you. Hopefully, they (or someone) will get back to you ASAP.
Rest assured, your site is fine and should be available on the internet. You just can’t edit/access it yourself for the moment. A few days ago, mine was fixed so I’m hoping the same will be true of yours.
