Website shows "Sold Out" incorrectly

Hi everyone,

We are selling tickets to an event through our Square Online website and are running into a persistent issue where our ticketing page incorrectly displays tickets as sold out.

Here is what we know so far:

  • The sold out message appears when customers first land on the ticketing page, whether from an external link or from within our own website
  • Navigating to the home page after initially loading the ticketing page and then back to the ticketing page resolves it
  • Refreshing the page will sometimes resolve it.
  • The issue is not reflected on the backend. Inventory shows correctly in the dashboard
  • Recreating the item did not fix it
  • We have already contacted Square support without a resolution

Has anyone else experienced this and found a lasting fix? We want to make sure customers can purchase tickets without confusion, especially since we are actively promoting sales for the event next week.
