Hi,
When i go to my Weebly dashboard all of the tabs under 'Marketing' go to 404 pages. This is unbelievably annoying as it's basically rendered my mailing list completely unusable. Not sure why i'm paying all this money for a website builder where half it doesn't work.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Could you do a bit of troubleshooting for us, please?
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date
- Log out and log back in
- Restart your device

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem, getting 404 pages when clicking on any of the links under "Marketing" in my Weebly dashboard. Is there a solution for this?
I was able to find the customer directory in Square, but is that the same information? I'm trying to export recent mailing list subscribers.

Hi @OldowanCo — I understand how important it is to have this working for the holidays. It looks like you were using Weebly Promote, which has since been sunset. You’ll need to use Square Marketing through your Square Dashboard moving forward.
Our team mentioned that Promote cannot be restored, so if you’re trying to access your old email mailing list, it won’t be available directly. If you’d like, our team can file a ticket to send you your mailing list.
