How do I get rid of this? This item has a prep time of 1 week. It may change when your order is available.

More than likely you have that item's prep time set to something other than the store's default prep time.
Open the item on the web dashboard and scroll down to the Fulfill Orders section and click the Edit link for Item Prep Time. If it's an item that you can make in the default location prep time set the toggle switch to use the default. Otherwise, you can set your prep time here, but do know that's what is throwing the order available alert on your webpage.
If you need to adjust your prep time location wide, you can do this at Dashboard -> Settings -> Account & Settings -> Fulfillment Methods -> Online Pickup and Delivery.
