Hi New member, looking to take virtual payments..
when getting to virtual payments page I get the following error message in regards to locations..
Virtual Terminal requires an active reporting location to process payments.
Please advise what I need to do to resolve and proceed.

If this page takes you in a loop, you can call our support team directly on 1800-90-48-46, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Once your account is fully activated, you'll be able to start using the Virtual Terminal.
