Variations not showing when adding item to cart

I have recently started my Square online website. I’m having issues where customers are telling me that upon adding items to the cart they can’t see what size, type or option they added. For instance, if they are buying two shirts they can’t see what sizes they added. I’ve added pictures for reference. Is there a way to correct this?

HI @SDVM.  This is odd, indeed.  After reading your post, I went to my online store and added a few items to my cart.  The variations as well as modifiers are all showing perfectly.  I have a one thought.

 

Can you go to your Site Items catalog and look at one or two of the items that you included in your screen shot.  What are the item types for those? Obviously, they should all be Physical since you are a retail seller.  

 

If those are correct, then given that my store is including variations and modifiers, it sounds like it is an internal issue with your account.  I say this because I know of no way to change the configuration of our carts at this time.  So, you should get on the phone with the Customer Success Team and see if they can either help you find it or escalate your issue to someone who can.
