I’ve been using the scheduled pick up option etc / kerbside for our deliveries and having an item button for delivery at a standard rate. We take most of our orders over the phone. It’s proving great as we are letting our customers know before that “marked as ready” means it’s out on the road and when we have delivered hitting “picked up”
The feedback has been great so far. Would you be able to implement the same for in house delivery options or maybe change the wording on scheduled to mark as “prepared” for ready - and “fulfilled” instead of picked up?
