Is it possible to change the terminology on orders from “today” and “tomorrow” to the date the order is due?
We get orders 24 hours a day and it is confusing sometimes.
Using the actual date the order is due would be more clear.

At this moment, there isn't a way to change "today" or "tomorrow" to be actual dates. This would definitely be a feature request, and it's one that we have been beating up the dev teams with for quite some time. Hopefully we will see some movement on this after the first of the year. Just follow the link in @Minion's reply to throw your hat in the ring.
