Unsecure site nat able to take payments, domain through Wix

Good Morning, I have tried to troubleshoot this a bunch of times, I have my domain through wix, but can not figure out how to secure my domain so I can accept payments. website is www.growva757.com

Hi Boyce757,

Just something to try.

You may want to try to unpublish your Square site and then publish the site it again.

Login to your Square Account.

From the Dashboard, Click on "Online".

Then "Website".

Then "Site Preferences"

Scroll to see "Unpublish"

After that you can republish.

Click on "Website"

Then "Edit Site"

Then "Publish" (top right corner".

If nothing changes next thought would be to contact Wix Support as they have some thoughts.

You may need to create another record to help the SSL on that domain. Are you able to send me a private screenshot of your domain records?

Hey Ellie, not sure how to send private screen shot but here is the pic. Im sure some stuff needs to be deleted, i was trying anything.

Thank you for that! It looks like there is missing a root A-Record, right now you only have one. You will want to contact Wix and add another A-record to your DNS with the host as @, pointed to the same IP. Once that has been done, unpublishing and republishing usually speeds up the process. Please let us know how that works! @boyce757
