Hi I am currently unable to work on a website. whenever I click on "Online" an error would occur. I have cleared my caches, tried different browsers (Edge, Fire Fox, Chrome) and have tried different devices to no success. Can anyone help as this is time sensitive work.

My immediate advice would be to try to go directly to https://square.online this will open the Square Online dashboard! From here you should be in a familiar area and be able to continue as you had previously.
If this doesn't work, check https://ca.issquareup.com/ for updates on any Square Services where errors have been noticed and are being maintained.

Hi @MJD thanks for the advice. Unfortunately upon attempting this it does not work. I will check with Square up to see if there is any other way to fix this.
It’s working for me so seems like an error your end, can you try using a different device for me?
