I'm unable to rearrange items in any Category in my online store. I believe I have the settings correct, but the order is being ignored:
First, under "Website > Edit Site" I choose the category page I want to edit, under "Item List > Arrange Items > Arrangement", I have "Custom"
Next, under "Items & Inventory > Categories" I am clicking one of the categories, then "Item List" then I can choose "Rearrange" . The items are in the correct order here, but even if I make a change and save, it does not matter... the order of the items here is ignored on the website.
What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
I was able to "fix" this myself, after much time and frustration. Under "Item List > Arrange Items > Arrangement", I had "Custom". I changed it to "Newest" instead, and saved and published. I confirmed the site was showing items in that category by the newest ones first. Then I changed it back to "Custom" and YAY the site is now showing the custom order that we already had set (under "Items & Inventory > Categories > Item List > Rearrange" )
