Unable to export my Weebly site items

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Can't Export in Weebly.

Hi all

 

I can't export the csv file in weebly.

 

The message indicates that the process has started but I do not receive the link via email to access the file. As far as I can see, the email address is all set up correctly, as we do receive other emails.

Sorry to hear about this, @timdrewitt.

To confirm, do you have the same experience when you try the export on other supported web browsers (i.e., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge)?

 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply. 🙂

@timdrewitt Thanks for letting me know!

 

Can you please select and export a few of the items, instead of the entire library?

 

You can do this by ticking the box to the left of the item images, then click  ( ... ) > Export Items as usual.

 

This could help determine whether the size of the item library may be impacting the export. Please let me know how you go.

hi Katie. I tried to do about 10 items only and about  1.5 hrs later, I still haven't received the link for the file.

Thanks for trying that, @timdrewitt. In this case, I recommend taking the following steps to resolve the issue:

Depending on your email provider, notifications may sometimes be filtered to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and add these email addresses to your email contacts:

[email protected] 
[email protected] 
[email protected] 
[email protected] 
[email protected] 
[email protected]

If the export email still doesn't come through after adding the addresses above, I recommend updating your Weebly account email to an address on a different platform (e.g., if you use Gmail, try Outlook or vice versa).

If neither of these options works, please let me know. 🙂

Hi Katie

 

I have tried to use two different web browsers, two different emails (inc gmail), and I have added the above weebly emails to the white list of our email software.

 

Still no luck.

 

What else can be done to export this information? Can this be achieved at your end?
