Unable to deactivate business

Hi There,

I'm trying to deactivate my business but I get a message saying "We’re sorry, but something went wrong."

 

Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

Hi George, thanks for your post. 

 

I'm sorry to see you go! 

 

If you have multiple employees set up, I'd double-check that you are logged in as the account owner when you are trying to deactivate. 

Also, try using a different browser if possible. 

 

If it's still not working, please give our support team a call on 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri - they can try from our end.

Thanks, I changed browser and it worked.

 

Hopefully I'll be back with SQUARE in the near future.
