I'm trying to deactivate my business but I get a message saying "We’re sorry, but something went wrong."
Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

I'm sorry to see you go!
If you have multiple employees set up, I'd double-check that you are logged in as the account owner when you are trying to deactivate.
Also, try using a different browser if possible.
If it's still not working, please give our support team a call on 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM, Mon-Fri - they can try from our end.
