Unable to connect Square Online Store to Instagram/Facebook due to "Community Standards"

I have NEVER been able to post my Square site link to my Instagram or Facebook accounts. Both are business accounts. But when I try to update my website link to the Square site, I get a message that IG or FB restrict certain content due to "community standards." It makes no sense - there's nothing objectionable on my Square site, just original artworks for sale. And I've seen others who link their Square sites - no problem. I've sent messages that I believe the decision has been made in error, can I please get a response, and I get nothing back.

Any thoughts at all on what might be the problem would be appreciated. Otherwise, my Square site is unpromotable and not much value to me.

HI, this can be frustrating.  I believe the issue is on FB side (they own IG).  Community Standards could mean anything and their computer bots may be hitting on something.  Are there any titles that may trigger?  Any descriptions with trigger words?

I am having the same exact problem except that I've been able to post it on my social media for months and just this past wee, they are telling me I cannot post it anymore and have removed it everywhere on my socials.  Are there any other help docs on this topic? This is the only one I've been able to find.

Although Square integrates with Facebook and Instagram, the integration is operated and managed by Meta. For help with Instagram/Facebook-specific questions, you’ll need to submit a ticket to their Support Team.
