For the first time, I got this when trying to create a shipping label. Even though I do have an address. I still went ahead to click 'Add Address', filled all fields and clicked 'Save' still I can't go beyond this. Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem. Have been shipping for a year. I'm stuck in an endless loop telling me to fill in my address and phone number, I click save, but it won't let me print a label : -(
What worked for me was to go back to my Square Online Menu -> Fulfilment -> Shipping and set things up there (again)
Thanks for this post. I was pulling my hair out. Square support blamed it on Shippo. Shippo told me to disconnect then reconnect. That didn't work. I've been shipping with the same return address for years. All of a sudden they didn't like using Rd for Road even though that's a verified address with USPS.
Thank you soooo much! That solved the problem. Looks like shipping has a "bug" square needs to address.
