I am trying to build my new website and I have bought a domain creatingwithconcrete.ca - when I try to look at a theme and select 'preview' I cannot see anything, it says connection was lost.
I was on the phone last week with them for over an hour and today for two hours.
I'm in ontario - could this have something to do with my cogeco wifi?
any help is appreciated.

Just to make sure I am understanding correct, is your website through Square?
Internet connection/wifi can affect Square services. Would you be able to try these few troubleshooting steps and see if the issue is resolved?
- Check for a strong internet connection
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date
- Log out and log back in
- Restart your device
