[URGENT] Need help with my client's online ordering page!

Hey guys, have some questions on what the Seller would like to update on the online ordering page and to see if it was possible.

  1. Is it possible to do modifier dropdowns instead of it being listed all at once? The seller said she would like that instead of what I have right now.(View online ordering page to see what I mean)
  2. They said they want to "block people from purchasing two packages if they want them to be shipped in one box to one address." Is this possible?
  3. They also said "Also, there is a -1+ under the items and we need to get rid of that. " Wanted to see if that was possible

Hi there @RishabatShuvel,

 

1 ) The only way to get the dropdown option, is if there is a minimum and maximum of 1 option to be chosen. For example, if you look at the item called, 1 1/4 Lobster Packages, the Quantity section is a drop-down because you can only choose one. For the add ons, there is not a required amount since it is optional, and they can choose as many as they want. 

 

2 ) No, unfortunately, we don't have an option to block/limit the amount one customer orders in any regard, but feedback like this is very helpful when planning for future releases!

 

3 ) I assume they are referring to the quantity buttons in the item, the only way to remove that option is to make the store a "Buy Now" store only. This means there is no cart, so customers go straight to checkout. We only recommend that if the customers will only be able to purchase one item at a time. However, if they want their customers to purchase multiple items in one order, that would not be the option for them. You can find that in the Checkout page under advanced settings.
