I am new to Weebly and Square. I am trying to set up my online store. Under the shipping section it says that you can link to an existing UPS account (which I have) but that creating a new one through square will save me up to 55% due to your special rates. However, when I try to set up a new account, I keep getting this message and it won't let me do anything: AccountNumber is not associated to the UserID.
What does this mean? Why is the system not allowing me to create an account? I am frustrated at the lack of detailed instruction.

Would you mind clarifying a few details for us before we help troubleshoot? Our special rate on shipping is a connected partnership with USPS in lieu of UPS - would you mind clarifying which one you are attempting to us? Also, if you could include a screenshot of the error message here so we can get eyes on it, that would be most helpful.

I am having a similar issue - when I fill in my information in the UPS section, I am unable to click 'create account' (as though I hadn't filled out a required field).

Hi there, @ShilodFarmsMkt 👋 thanks for flagging this over to us. Strange, indeed. What specific browser are you using when trying to fill out this prompt for USPS? If you are not using Google Chrome, we would recommend giving Chrome a try to see if population is normal.

I am having a similar problem. I am using Chrome and have tried several variations of address and other information, just in-case it was picky (i.e. Unit, #, Apt, W., W, West, etc.). but I still am getting this vague error: 'Unable to create the shipper UPS account'

I did a little digging on this issue you reported, and could only find one other instance from a couple years ago. It looks like it was a temporary glitch and the seller was able to successfully setup the UPS account after attempting again.
Can you please try setting up the account once more, and let us know if you are able to complete the process? If you still see an error you may need to reach out to our support team directly.
