My orders don't show on Square app

I've been using Square for a few years now and love it.

I have recently had an online site built to do orders.

The online orders show on my Square via my laptop but not on my phone app or my Square Register - any ideas?

I will do my best to help with this but before we start, can you let me know:

• Was the website built using the Square Online site or are you using one of our third-party partners?
• Within the Square Point of Sale app on your phone or Register, is the Orders tab visible for you? And is there any pending updates for the Square Point of Sale app on both?
