Transferring menu items to website

Hello. For the past few days I have been trying to add new items to my website that I added to my menu. I have watched so many videos and done what was said. However, when I refresh my square website the items are still not appearing there.

Can we have your website address so we can see what you're seeing (or not seeing, as the case may be...)?

 

When you do a lot of updates to your website, it's not unusual for the browser to "lock" on a certain version of the site and not show you all the work you've done. Try clearing the cache and restarting the browser and see if that changes your page.

 

After that, do make sure that you have set up the correct fulfillment settings for Pickup and Delivery, Shipping (if applicable), and Self-Serve Ordering (if applicable). If all those settings aren't completely set up, I've seen some random things happen with your page.

Good evening and thank you so much for responding.  I reached out to support and they were able to see what the problem was. I was attempting to edit under the item and not under my actual website.
