Hello,
We have been using square for online and in person sales for almost two years now. I was going through some recent transactions of our online store and seen one of the transactions flagged for "Moderate risk evaluation". I haven't seen this before. It seems we have already accepted the money into the account, however the items have not shipped yet. Just wondering was does "Moderate risk evaluation" mean? Would it be Credit Card fraud, risk of clawback via MasterCard or something else?
Just some other notes, this is a new customer, but the shipping address is the same as listed on their company website. I've done some digging and everything looks legit from what I can see on my end. Just wondering if I am missing something.
Thanks,
Chris
Hey @AcePrintingNL.
I can understand your concern. After researching what this means, I was able to find this really good article that talks about our Risk Evaluations on Transactions. Take a look and let me know if you have any other questions.
