Trackiong not working

Whn I added some new items this morning for no reason it seems the tracking is not working on my entire shop. I've not changed anything. All items have tracking tunned on and as an artisit most have only 1 item available.

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your inventory tracking. Let’s get this sorted out together! It sounds like adding the new items may have caused the tracking settings to temporarily stop updating across your shop. Even if nothing was changed manually, sometimes syncing or publishing new items can reset inventory settings in the background. 

Can you please try the following steps for troubleshooting?

  1. Go to Items → Inventory and double-check that “Track Stock” is turned on for each affected item.

  2. Make sure all items have an available quantity listed (even “1” for single-item artwork).

  3. If you’re using a linked online store, try refreshing or republishing your items to re-sync tracking.
