I've been having this same issue for a couple of days and Online Support has not been able to help me. So frustrating as we use Square Online for a huge portion of our sales.
It seems like any changes made after or around June 8 are not syncing with the online site.

Hi @MayaP , thank you for reaching out. I spent time with support on Monday and they were able to get everything cleared up. It seems to working fine since.

@MayaP I spoke to soon. I am unable to add items to my store this morning.
I added some new items to my item library last night, went to add them this morning, when I go to choose items on the online store side the items shop up, I click on them and hit save. It kicks me back to the editing page, but my items are not showing.
I've been looking through other posts and do we need to wait 24 hours for the items to sync?
No worries! Syncing can take up to 24 hours. I recommend waiting that expected amount of time. If nothing shows after that, try unpublishing and republishing your site.
If the items still aren’t showing, just reply to this thread with the item details and I’ll take a closer look.

I'm having the same issue - it's extremely frustrating!
Same issue here—unpublished, then republished, and the items showed up.
Not an ideal fix, but hope it's a long-term fix and not something we have to do every time we add items.
Hi AnneC, it does get frustrating. For us it seems to be working a little better than it was in the past so I'm hoping they have been working on it.
Something that has been working for us better is to duplicate items. If you have any items that are somewhat in common, you can click Duplicate in the top right corner when you go in to edit an item. On the duplicated item, you can make any changes, and it will not change the original listing. We have even changed it to a different category, and it has worked well. The new duplicated item also shows up at the top of the list when you go to add them to the online portion.
