Third party payments

I have a shoe & accessory brand through a third party. Customers buy my products directly from the third parties software!

Do I have to be connected to square for checkout, because it is adding fees my customers might not agree with?

Hi @Robbie412.  Can you please give a little more information so that we might be able to help you.  There is just not enough to go on.  Specifically, does your web site send customers to a third-party site to complete their purchase?  In other words, customers don’t buy anything directly from your Square web site?

 

Also, I’m confused by your comment about fees.  Square doesn’t add any customer fees unless you add them.  All fees (for processing or whatever) are paid by us for payments completed through Square.  Customers have nothing to do with those fees.
