I am sorry to hear that you have to keep buying new Square Stands. 😫
Unfortunately, the USB hub built into the Square Stand isn’t a part that Square sells separately, so if it fails, there’s no official replacement or repair option for just the hub itself.
However, sometimes the issue isn’t the hub itself but a connection, cable, or the connected accessory. It’s worth double-checking that the hub’s connection to the Stand is secure and that you’re using a compatible, good-quality power adapter and USB cables. If you haven’t yet, try unplugging everything, inspecting the ports for damage or dust, and reconnecting firmly.
The stands should fall under warranty though. How many stands have you purchased with this issue? How long did you have the stands before the issue with the USB hub started?
